We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the zoo and close to the beautiful beach. The service provided by the friendly staff was outstanding, making us feel like VIP guests. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area, dressing area, and a dining table. We were also impressed with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the free toiletries provided.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.

The total experience was nice. We were offered apartment with climate control, flat-screen TV and a seating area which were very good. Plus, free wifi was available. It was very close to Tanjong Batu Beach.

overall, it's good home base for exploring bintulu attractions. the view of the sea from the room was nice. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. we liked this place.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious. The facilities were great, including the gym and swimming pool. We appreciated having a washing and drying machine in our room, very convenient for families with children.

This hotel apartment was perfect for families or groups with its own swimming pool and gym. It also had washing and drying machines which were convenient for families with children. The spacious apartments were equipped with all the utilities you might need during your stay. The location of the hotel was strategic, which made it easy to explore the city.
The housekeeping service was a bit slow and they tended to forget basic things such as providing toilet paper. The floor was dusty, despite frequent daily cleaning.

Room change is available if needed.
The Wi-Fi signal is slow for those who need to catch up on work or browse online.

It's perfect for those traveling with kids or in groups. the amenities present are the best for families, such as washing and drying machines. the apartment has its own pool besides being located in a central part of the city, which is an advantage for visitors.
The housekeeping service is quite slow and only cleans slightly. the floor tends to be dusty even with daily housekeeping, probably due to nearby building construction.
